Twistedtooth was a bear turned into a Chaorrupted monster inhabiting the Pinewood Forest near Dwarfhold.
History[]
Background[]
A Pine Grizzly whose teeth were coated in ahzite, a rare ore found in the Pinewood Forest,[1] the bear was chaorrupted by Dragonlord Vath, the change making it more violent and deadly, with spikes, horns, purple wings and tentacles growing on its body. Several hunters went after it and none returned, its attacks scared off travelers and potential patrons of the nearby Inn Ternet. Locals of the region started calling him Twistedtooth.

Twistedtooth guarded the Chaorrupted Staff of the Twisted, though it is unknown why or what will happen when its orbiting indicator stops moving, since it never does.[2]
At Pinewood Forest[]
During their brief stay in the Inn Ternet, the Hero was approached by a dwarf named Snowbeard who asked them for favors and among them was the slaying of Twistedtooth. The hero carried it out and brought its skin back to Snowbeard as proof of the deed, and with the attacks gone travelers would come back to the inn.[3]

Chaos Queen Beleen (non-canon)[]
After Chaorruption by Drakath, Beleen became known as Chaos Queen Beleen and spread her pink Chaos in the town of Drearia and the surrounding areas, including the Pinewood Forest and its critters, Twistedtooth included. Its new pink form became known as Sparkletooth and was killed by the Hero to ease Artix's mind, as he did not dare come close to it.[4]
