Slime
Slime is a monster in AdventureQuest Worlds.
History[]
Slimes are common names for translucent ooze monsters that are found regularly throughout Lore. While the Common Slimes are mainly green in color, they have subspecies that cano be pink, purple, or brown.
While characterized by it's two eyes and a gaping maw, the Slimes are known for their voracious appetites and their ability to eating anything can be absorbed into their squishy membranes. Due to the slow absorption rate, the remains of the Slime's last meal can still be found in a suspended or stuck out state.
Slimes are usually docile creatures and can attack if they are provoked. Slimes have been known to attempt to absorb passing adventurers.
While Slimes are not desirable for consumption, some species of Slime are often sought out to make pizzas, sauces, and soups while dried slime can be used in alchemy for various elixirs, potions, and tonics. They can also be used to make hair gel which is a common use for the females of Fotia.
