Penny is the Centaur owner of the aptly named Centaur 21, a real estate agency in Battleon.

Penny opened up Centaur 21 and has since been providing housing for heroes in Battleon. She frequently collaborates with the Three Little Wolves and their construction company to build houses for sale.[1]
Moving Battleon[]
When Battleon had to be moved to the middle of Greenguard Forest due to a pair of meteors sent by Drakath in collision course to its former location, Penny anticipated a market crash and sent representatives to attempt to sell more houses starting at 1000 gold. She tried to use the opportunity to upsell fancy keeps.[2]
