Lim is a character in AdventureQuest Worlds.
History[]
Lim is a mad scientist that operates at the Alchemy Academy.
Lim was also in charge of the New Year's Eve festivities where the players had to help him out in 2009 when Ice Master Yeti was sabotaging it. In 2010, the players helped Lim out when Drakath chaorrupted Iadoa into freezing time so that 2011 wouldn't happen.
Lim later worked on an experiment that involved him vat-growing a group of artificial Moglins. When he went out to get Moglinberry Cider at Yulgar's Inn, Cysero entered his lab and thought he was making a stew. When Lim returned, he caught Cysero adding pockey to the mix. As a result of the artificial chemical sweetners mixing badly with the potions and the Moglin DNA, the Pockey-Mogs were created and Lim enlists the players to catch them before anyone else sees them. To help the players, Lim invented the Pockey Puck to help catch the Pockey-Mogs. As the players went to round up the Pockey-Mog Mogzard and Fishlin, Lim tries to reverse the experiment only for a Groglin to evolve. Upon catching the Groglin, the players resume their mission by catching Mogdrake, Muklin, and Linix. Upon being tipped off about the Pockey Chew, the players follow it to Bloodtusk Ravine where they learn from Aria and Ash that Team Wreckit members Annie and Oakley have started a Pockey-Mog Tournament. After the players ended the tournament of Annie and Oakley, the players, Aria, and Ash informed Lim about it and that Team Wreckit got away with most of the Pockey-Mogs. As Cysero states that Lim is working on another experiment to restore them to normal, Ash and Aria objected stating that the Pockey-Mogs aren't a secret anymore. Lim had to agree with the players letting the Pockey-Mogs in their possession live at Aria's Pet Shop.
During Extriki's rampage, Lim had invented a Toxin Meter that also doubled as a communicator so that he can talk to the players as they fought the toxic monsters.
Lim was later placed in charge of overseeing the quarantine at Gisun Heights after Phlegnn turned most of it's inhabitants into Plague Zombies. The players and Galanoth had to work with Lim to cure everyone. Sometime following Phlegnn's destruction, Lim created a Mutated Plague that broke free and enlisted the players to help catch it.
